TYPICAL DAY IN NYC:
6:30-7am: wake up, immediately take probiotics with water, gua sha my face if puffy, get dressed
7am: out the door for either hot yoga, pilates, soul cycle, or a walk (always with a banana in hand)
8:30-9am: come home, eat breakfast (usually two hard boiled eggs + fruit), shower
9:30-11am: make a matcha, check emails, turn on oil diffuser
11-3:30pm: class, running to the mailroom, run back to my room to make some oatmeal for lunch
*I don’t have class on Thursdays so I usually go shoot my pictures and work on blog stuff
Evening: club meetings, work, errands, hw, laundry, eat my salad (mixed greens, hummus, carrots, cucumbers/tomatoes, salmon)
Blue light glasses on, watch YT videos, online shop, eat Hu kitchen chocolate or dates
TYPICAL DAY AT HOME IN VIRGINIA:
HOME-
7-7:30am: wake up, take probiotics with water, gua sha face if puffy, head downstairs to make matcha latte with oat milk, watch the Today Show
8:30-9am: head out for a walk, go to hot yoga or pilates class, sometimes a Melissa Wood Health workout
10:30-3:30: shower, errands, grocery store, baking or cooking (usually a Sweet Laurel recipe), shoot/edit photos
Evening: work on blog, family time
